We would love to hear from freelance Software Developers, DevOps specialists, Architects, Data Scientists, PMs, UI/UX Designers, Linux Administrators and SAP professionals from your personal network.
Just tell your friends about Expertlead and send them your referral code which you received when you were welcomed to the community. It can also be found when you log-in to our Expertlead Portal.
We will get in touch with your friend as soon as we get the application - next, she or he has to go through our selection process (incl. coding test, live coding). Feel free to mentor them as you have already passed our testing.
Unlimited referrals for you: If your friend is admitted to our community, we will onboard her or him just as we onboarded you. We changed our policy from “each successfully onboarded friend, you can invite another five” -> to unlimited referrals! - with the chance to earn 1000€ with each of them.

Once a freelancer that you referred passes the vetting process we will send you right away 100€. After the freelancer you referred has started a project, we will transfer you the rest of 900€. There is no limit to the number of freelancers you can be rewarded for - hence, frequent referrals will really pay off.
Your referral code can be found when you log into our expertlead Portal under the section called “Referrals”. Otherwise, please always feel free to contact your Talent Manager regarding this question.
When you join the expertlead community, you can invite an unlimited amount of friends from your community. For each of your friends that makes it into the community (successfully passes our vetting process), you will already be granted 100€. After the freelancer you referred has started a project, we will transfer you the rest of 900€.
At the top of expertlead website there is a section called “for Freelancers” where you can find the “Apply” option. In the application form you will find a Referral Code field.
